Here we are at the time of year I look forward to on an annual basis, and that is to once again participate in and raise money for the Hike for Hospice in support of Hospice Care Ottawa.
Many of you have donated to this very worthy cause on a yearly basis and/or may know someone who has benefited from one or more of the support programs the Hospice provides. As a hospice volunteer, I witness first hand the difference each and every donation makes, not only for the individual(s) who benefits from hospice care but also their families.
Hospice Care Ottawa relies on your generosity and support in order to continue to provide compassionate round the clock care to individuals spending their final days in the hospice residences as well as those who benefit from our support programs. Any amount big or small will make a difference.
