Our dear Aunt Zarin spent her last days at the Rudy Shenkman Hospice, peacefully watching foxes, squirrels, and cardinals from her bed. We were able to have many family get togethers in her room and in the outdoor area in the back, helped by the excellent staff and volunteers.
We hope others will be able to have similar experiences -- sad but with moments of true beauty.
