Hello, I will be participating again in the annual Hike for Hospice on May 4. I know firsthand how important hospices are in helping people in the final stages of their lives.
Palliative care in Ontario's hospices is provided free to those who need it, but the provincial government covers only 60% of the costs.
As part of the Happy Hikers team (with Peggy Robinson and Bill Jack), I am raising funds for Hospice Care Ottawa. Would you please consider making a donation?
