Greetings! I'm participating in this year’s Hike for Hospice on May 4. As a former volunteer at the May Court site, I've seen firsthand how important the hospice experience is for people in the final stages of life, and for their families.
Palliative care in Ontario's hospices is provided free to those who need it, but the provincial government covers only 60% of the costs.
I've joined the Happy Hikers to raise funds for Hospice Care Ottawa. Would you please consider making a donation?
