Embark on a journey with me, a young adult navigating challenges of caregiving. While many my age are off chasing adventures, I found myself thrust into the role of caretaker for my beloved mother.

In the midst of this journey, I discovered Hospice Care Ottawa. Through their unwavering dedication and expertise, the hospice team not only improved the quality of my mother's life but also gave me the strength and resilience to face each day.

Now, to pay forward the kindness given to us, we lace up our hiking boots and set forth on the trails to champion the cause that has been our steadfast companion throughout this journey.
